Jayson Martherus,
Operational Manager
Jayson Martherus is a 10-year California law enforcement veteran that served the State of California as a Deputy Sheriff and a Municipal Police Officer. While serving as a Deputy Sheriff, he achieved the rank of Deputy II and served as a Field Training Officer and Force Options Instructor. As a Deputy Sheriff, he was often assigned to protect California's Superior Court Judges and assisted in conducting security measures for high profile court cases. He also worked on a Problem Oriented Policing team that conducted investigations on high-risk parolees and probationers within the community he was assigned to. As a Municipal Police Officer, he helped in solving the communities’ crime related issues. He also served as an assistant range master and trained with a special weapons and tactics team in Southern California.
He has extensive in-service and advanced officer training in the areas of field training, force options, firearms, taser, tear gas, baton, emergency vehicle operations, racial profiling, hate crimes investigations, gang crime investigations, and crime scene investigations. Throughout his career, he has investigated thousands of crimes ranging from petty theft to homicide and has made thousands of arrests with a high conviction rate. Jayson joined ASC in 2009 as an executive protection agent, working with high-profile clients and at top accounts, and as the event manager. |
